Yay!! I canned peaches tonight! They were 96 cents/pound at Winco I bought 7 pounds. I made 4 quarts of canned peaches in light syrup. They smelled so yummy when I was blanching. I still didn't get them in tight enough, but better than the apricots. I get a little better each time.
