Homemade Bread... without the machine

We ran out of bread yesterday, so I thought, I'll just make more. I have bread flour, I have yeast, what's stopping me? I got up this morning and started making my bread. It was so super easy, even without a fancy mixer or a bread machine. I felt a little Amish-ish, but whatever. When my bread was baking the whole house smelled so yummy. I just finished eating a sandwich that I made with my homemade bread, tomato, onion, and cucumbers all from the garden with a little smoked turkey. Oh it was so yummy and satisfying, knowing that I am just a little less dependent on others to make a yummy yummy meal.
