Hard Boiled Eggs

Ok. Temptation got the best of me. I gave in a tried the blow the egg out of the shell method for peeling boiled eggs. I boiled 2 eggs just as instructed with 2" of water above the eggs and for 12 minutes. I then put them in ice water with baking soda. Then I took small pieces out of each end and blew. My first one didn't work at all. The second one sort of worked. I suppose this method would be ok if you were making eggs just for you. However, if you are making them for other people it would be the same as licking each individual egg. I think that's kind of gross.

I think the baking soda goes in the boiling water not the ice water after...you can lick my eggs, we have shared for years. Bite!!
