I did it again!!!! I am so absentminded sometimes. I promised the kids we could go down to the water fountain today, forgetting that it was Alive After Five. For those of you who don't know Alive After Five is a summer concert series every Wednesday at the Grove Plaza, it's free, there's food and drinks, vendors, and of course the fountain! I made this mistake earlier this summer and swore I wouldn't do it again. It's loud and crazy crowded and makes me nervous with the kids. So we picked Kyle up from work and we all went down.
I got a little bit of video before the batteries in my camera went dead. You see Brian and CJ with cups filling them with water and then Brian tries to splash a little girl in purple and completely misses and then CJ comes along and gets him right in the face and laughs and runs to refill. They refill and Brian again tries to get the girl in purple and misses and CJ splashes Brian on the side of his head this time and the video ends just as CJ is gets her victory laugh. The audio is terrible so feel free to mute.
