
I had a pretty good week. My only downfall was that I didn't keep my goal of 2 workouts for my upper body. I only did one. I hate my arms, but I hate, hate, hate working upper body, it's such a miserable experience. I will try to talk myself into 2 upper workouts this week. We'll see how it goes! ;) Other than that, I stayed active, and kept track of every little morsel that went in my mouth. I'm down another 1.8 pounds for a total of 31.2! I have about 23-28 pounds to go. I know I can do it, I've become really good at losing. But now I know I have to start looking into maintaining, I'm not sure how I'm going to do that. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
