My Monkey

This afternoon Brian and I took CJ to get her hair cut and styled. We went to an adorable little kids cuts place called Monkey Dooz. We've never been there before, I was a little worried. CJ Loved it with a capital "L". She's already talking about the next time she goes for a cut. The last couple weeks CJ has been going on and on about her hair. She's been telling me that she doesn't want her hair long like Repunzel. I think she doesn't like the part of the story about the Prince climbing 'punzel's hair. She's not terribly impressed of the idea of a boy pulling her hair like that. Sorry the pictures are so crummy. I got half way to Monkey Dooz and realized I forgot the camera. So I settled on cell phone pictures. After the cut, she got a little braid, sparkle spray and her braid colored red. She chose red because it's red like Valentine hearts. How cute is she?

After Monkey Dooz we went out to show off her new hair. We went wild and crazy at Chuck E Cheese. Pizza, juice and games, what more could you ask for? It was crazy busy. I should have known better than to go on a Friday night. Oh well, it was still fun. I walked out with only a minor headache.
