After school CJ announced she wanted to make cupcakes today. I vaguely remember telling her yesterday that we could. So we went to the store, bought sprinkles, we had cake mix and frosting at home. After lunch I put Brian down for a nap and CJ and set off to make our cupcakes. Then I realized we were out of the paper baking cups. So I asked if it would be ok if we could make a cake instead. She said it had to be square. Okay Dokey. We mixed it all up and CJ wanted to add sprinkles to the batter, ok, so we did. CJ wanted to put sprinkles on top of the cake before we baked it, ok, so we did. While it baked I asked CJ how she wanted to decorate the cake. She said she wanted it to be green, with pink outside (this is her description), and blue, with blue squiggles and dots. Does this cake remind anyone else of the beginning credits of Saved By The Bell?
