Last night for dinner we had cheese triangles with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. CJ and Brian DO NOT eat quesadillas, they like cheese triangles much better. What's the difference? I'll tell you. A quesadilla is made with a tortilla, cheese and some times we put chicken in it. Cheese triangles on occasion we will add chicken, then they are made with cheese and a tortilla. Big difference. I would never try to feed my children quesadillas.
