
I am down 1.8 pounds, for a total of 20.4 pounds. I know 1.8 doesn't sound like much, but I still haven't gone a single week of gaining. So I'm going to take any loss as a good sign. I am ok with 1.8 in a week. If I'm not, I just have to look at my total loss to feel really good. There it is. Thanks for all your support!
