CJ and Brian opened their very first bank accounts today!! They received their first allowances yesterday and they had to count all their money, and then split it in two. They kept half in their wallets for spending and the other half went to the bank today to save. Brian really doesn't care for the saving part. CJ is a little more excited. I told her if she saves her money for a very long time she could buy her very own house. She got excited and told me about the giant toy house she would buy, then I told her if she saved her money until she's super old like Mom and Dad she could buy a real house like ours. Then she got REALLY excited and practically pulled Brian and I out of the house to the bank!

Oh my! She does get so happy easyly. Your right she will be able to save if you can keep her from Shopping.
