egg poacher!! I love eggs benedict. They are oh so yummy. I found a lighter hollandaise sauce recipe. As soon as I saw that I jumped for joy! I found the recipe last night, we had eggs benedict for dinner tonight! I substituted a tomato slice for the ham and paired it with steamed asparagus. Oh, it was so great, and super filling!
