Yeah!


So I've started going to the gym, (on a regular basis) and writing down everything that goes in my mouth (all bites, nibbles, licks, tastes). I started doing this two weeks ago and I am already down 7.6 pounds! Start watching for updates every Thursday. I will post any loss and gains then. Wish me luck and hopefully I can keep up my awesome pace! Any words of advice and words or wisdom is encouraged!

I am so proud! I think that owning a scale helps a TON! I finally bought my own so I don't have to make excuses to use yours! The scale just keeps me aware of what's going in my mouth, if I'm heavy one morning, I try to eat lighter. Also the "Lose it" app, LOVE IT. And the restaurant one, I don't know what it's called but you can look up any calories for any food. Keep up the great work, your healthy eating is inspiring.
