Update


Bummer. I gained a little this week. I'm not too worried. I was having hydration issues, so I added a lot more salt to my diet. I'm sure most of my weight gain this week was due to all the salt. I'm still watching everything that goes in my mouth, and going to the gym M-F. I gained 1.4 pounds, I'm still down 32.2 total. Next week, will be better. I know it.
